Michael Coleman -Head Coach
Coach Michael Coleman, a Florida native, brings passion, leadership, and proven experience to the Texas Syndicate. With a strong background in player development and team building, he has spent years coaching at the high school and semi-professional levels, earning a reputation for discipline, motivation, and mentorship. As announced in our official press release, Coach Coleman embodies the Syndicate’s mission to Unite the Hustle—leading a program built on character, preparation, and relentless effort. Under his direction, the Texas Syndicate is establishing a new standard of professionalism and pride in Texas developmental football.

James Champagne – Defensive Coordinator
Military Army Disabled Veteran. Soldiers To Sidelines- Football/Performance Coach graduate. CHAMP Mentality LLC CEO. D1 Training Speed & Strength Coach. Texas High School Football Coach. 5 years- coaching experience. 3 years- performance training experience. 3 years- HS/MS Combine experience as LB/DL/DB Coach. 2 years- Varsity experience with 6 Man & 11 Man. Six values I instill into life & teaching are: Energy, Effort, Execute, Together, Tough, & Tempo. 7 year Medical Retired Staff Sergeant. Army Veteran & Podcaster/Speaker. Former HR Army Professional & Business Analyst Intern. Senior HR SGT, HR Floor SGT, Unit Prevention Leader, & Master Fitness Trainer. Responsible for 32 Soldiers during career.”
TRE HARBISON – Offensive Coordinator
He is a former NFL player and accomplished football coach with four years of coaching experience, including roles as a Running Backs Coach and Offensive Coordinator. As a Sports Performance Director, he has spent the past five years developing athletes and helping them reach peak performance through advanced training and individualized development programs. Tre also has coached numerous players who have gone on to compete at the collegiate level and was part of the 2024 Dream Bowl held in Texas, which showcases top football talent from across the nation. Bobby Acosta - Special Team Coordinator/ Wide Receiver Coach
Bobby Acosta brings a championship-driven mindset and elite-level coaching experience to the Texas Syndicate staff. With a career spanning college football, powerhouse prep programs, and national championship success, Bobby is known for developing playmakers, building disciplined units, and elevating performance at every level. In 2020, Bobby helped lead IMG Academy to an undefeated season and a High School National Championship, working daily with some of the top football talent in the country. His time at IMG reinforced his reputation as a detail-oriented coach who demands excellence, speed, and execution — especially in the wide receiver room and on special teams. At the college level, Bobby has coached across multiple programs, serving in key roles, including offensive coordinator, quarterbacks coach, wide receivers coach, and recruiting coordinator. His experience at schools such as Syracuse, Bucknell, Arkansas–Pine Bluff, Cornell, and Widener University allowed him to develop players’ technical skills, football IQ, and competitive edge while building winning cultures. Known for his energy, leadership, and ability to connect with athletes, Bobby brings intensity and purpose to everything he does. His championship background and relentless approach to development make him a powerful addition to the Texas Syndicate as the organization continues to “Unite the Hustle” and compete at the highest level.
