Quincy “Q” Workman is a U.S. military veteran, entrepreneur, and founder of Texas Syndicate Football. After serving 23 years in the U.S. Army, including deployments to Kosovo and Iraq, he brought discipline, leadership, and resilience into building a professional football brand rooted in opportunity and community.
His mission is simple: create exposure for athletes, strengthen communities, and build a lasting football legacy in Central Texas.
