Texas Syndicate Group is a veteran-owned sports marketing, athlete-development, media, event, and sponsorship company based in Central Texas. We use professional developmental football as a platform to create visibility for athletes, marketing opportunities for businesses, entertainment for fans, and impact for the community.
Texas Syndicate Football is a veteran-led professional football organization based in Central
Texas, competing in the revived Continental Football League (CoFL) — a historic league
reimagined for a new era of opportunity, competition, and community.
Founded by U.S. veteran and entrepreneur Quincy Workman, the Syndicate was built on one
powerful belief: everyone deserves a second chance.
Our mission is to give athletes overlooked by traditional systems the platform, support, and
visibility they need to shine — while empowering fans to become real stakeholders in the
future of professional football.

The Texas Syndicate exists to:
- Empower athletes with mental-health support, career development, and leadership training.
- Engage fans as true co-owners through our Wefunder fan-ownership campaign, where
anyone can invest and share in our success. - Elevate the community by creating jobs, hosting local events, and partnering with
schools, small businesses, and nonprofits across Central Texas.

Our home base sits in the Austin–Pflugerville–Round Rock corridor, the fastest-growing
sports market in Texas.
With a summer season running May through July, Texas Syndicate Football brings
professional football to Central Texas at a time when fans crave live competition and
community events.
Whether it’s hosting tryouts, charity drives, or family meet-and-greets, we’re committed to
bringing people together through football, purpose, and pride.
