Quincy Workman is the founder and owner of the Texas Syndicate. With a passion for football and community, Quincy’s vision is to create a professional spring and summer football organization that develops athletes, unites fans, and delivers NFL-style excitement in Central Texas. His leadership is focused on building a strong foundation for the team while fostering opportunity, discipline, and pride both on and off the field.

NED HERRINGTON – GENERAL MANAGER

Ned Herrington brings strong leadership and organizational expertise to his role as General Manager of the Texas Syndicate. With a background in football operations and team management, Ned is dedicated to building a culture of excellence on and off the field. His focus is on developing players, supporting coaches, and ensuring the Texas Syndicate is positioned for long-term success. Passionate about the game and the community it serves, Ned works tirelessly to connect athletes with opportunities while fostering strong relationships with scouts, colleges, and professional organizations.

Coach Michael Coleman, a Florida native, brings passion, leadership, and proven experience to the Texas Syndicate. With a strong background in player development and team building, he has spent years coaching at the high school and semi-professional levels, earning a reputation for discipline, motivation, and mentorship. As announced in our official press release, Coach Coleman embodies the Syndicate’s mission to Unite the Hustle—leading a program built on character, preparation, and relentless effort. Under his direction, the Texas Syndicate is establishing a new standard of professionalism and pride in Texas developmental football.

Offensive Coordinator - Texas Syndicate group

TRE HARBISON – Offensive Coordinator

He is a former NFL player and accomplished football coach with four years of coaching experience, including roles as a Running Backs Coach and Offensive Coordinator. As a Sports Performance Director, he has spent the past five years developing athletes and helping them reach peak performance through advanced training and individualized development programs. Tre also has coached numerous players who have gone on to compete at the collegiate level and was part of the 2024 Dream Bowl held in Texas, which showcases top football talent from across the nation. James Champagne – Defensive Coordinator
