His leadership is focused on building a strong foundation for the team while fostering opportunity, discipline, and pride both on and off the field.

Ned Herrington – General Manager
Ned Herrington brings strong leadership and organizational expertise to his role as General Manager of the Texas Syndicate. With a background in football operations and team management, Ned is dedicated to building a culture of excellence on and off the field. His focus is on developing players, supporting coaches, and ensuring the Texas Syndicate is positioned for long-term success. Passionate about the game and the community it serves, Ned works tirelessly to connect athletes with opportunities while fostering strong relationships with scouts, colleges, and professional organizations.


Jeremy Hunt – Quarterback, Texas Syndicate
Jeremy Hunt is a dynamic quarterback originally from Oak Park, Illinois. He began playing football at the age of six and built his career through multiple collegiate programs, showcasing resilience and adaptability. After college, Jeremy launched his professional journey in arena football with Corpus Christi, where he gained valuable experience. Now, he’s excited to return to full-field, 11-on-11 play with the Texas Syndicate, bringing leadership, energy, and a passion for the game to every snap.

Jordan Smith – Assistant Coach
Jordan brings years of experience in developing young talent and building winning cultures. With a strong background in coaching and mentoring athletes, he plays a key role in shaping the Texas Syndicate’s approach to teamwork, discipline, and competitive excellence.
