Pius Njenge was born and raised in Houston, Texas, and is the son of two Cameroonian parents. As the first person on both sides of his family to be born in the United States, he takes great pride in representing both his American upbringing and his Cameroonian heritage.

Inspired by his cousin, Emmanuel Ogbah, a 10-year NFL veteran, Pius began playing football as a defensive end. Ogbah’s success at the highest level of the game motivated Pius to pursue football with the goal of developing into an elite defensive player. Through hard work, discipline, and a strong competitive mindset, he continues to build his career while striving to make an impact on and off the field.
