90-Day Player Profile Privacy Notice

Texas Syndicate Group LLC collects information needed to process purchases, create and maintain athlete profiles, communicate with customers, administer recurring subscriptions, prevent fraud, and satisfy legal and accounting obligations.

Information We Collect

Information collected may include the purchaser’s name, email address, telephone number, billing details, order information, athlete biography, school or team information, position, measurements, statistics, achievements, photographs, film links, social-media links, resume, approved public contact information, and parent or legal-guardian information and consent when the athlete is under 18.

Payment Information

Payments and recurring subscriptions are processed by PayPal. PayPal may collect the purchaser’s name, email address, billing address, payment information, and other information required to authorize and process a transaction.

Texas Syndicate Group receives transaction details, subscription status, payment status, purchaser information, and limited payment-method information from PayPal but does not receive or store complete card numbers, bank-account numbers, or card security codes.

PayPal processes information under its own privacy policies and terms.

Public Athlete Profiles

Information approved for publication may appear on the athlete’s public profile and may be viewed, copied, or shared by website visitors.

Customers must identify which contact information may be displayed.

Texas Syndicate will not knowingly publish a minor’s home address, exact birth date, school schedule, personal telephone number, personal email address, or other unnecessary sensitive information.

Service Providers

Texas Syndicate may use service providers for website hosting, forms, payments, email delivery, data storage, security, analytics, and customer support.

Information is shared only as reasonably necessary for those providers to perform their services or when required by law.

Texas Syndicate Group does not sell athlete or customer personal information.

Customers may request access to, correction of, or deletion of eligible personal information by contacting:

Transaction, consent, fraud-prevention, dispute, legal, and accounting records may be retained when reasonably necessary or legally required.

Profile Removal and Data Retention

Public profiles are removed when the paid service expires or becomes suspended.

A private copy and submitted materials may be retained for up to 12 months to support reactivation, after which they will be deleted unless continued retention is required for legal, consent, accounting, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution purposes.

Athletes Under 18

A parent or legal guardian must purchase and approve the service for an athlete under 18.

The parent or guardian may request correction or removal of the minor’s information at any time.
