These Terms govern the Texas Syndicate 90-Day Player Profile Subscription provided by Texas Syndicate Group LLC (“Texas Syndicate,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By purchasing the service, the customer (“you” or “customer”) agrees to these Terms, the applicable Refund Policy, Cancellation Policy, and Privacy Notice.
The Texas Syndicate 90-Day Player Profile Subscription provides professional creation and hosting of a public football player profile.
The service is designed for youth, middle-school, high-school, college, post-collegiate, and free-agent football athletes.
The service includes:
* Professional athlete photo and player snapshot
* Primary and secondary positions
* Height, weight, hometown, school, experience, and current status
* Football biography and player strengths
* Teams, schools, leagues, seasons, and roles
* Verified or sourced measurements, testing results, and statistics
* Achievements and honors
* Highlight film, full-game film, Hudl, or YouTube links
* Football resume and approved social links
* Approved agent, advisor, parent, or contact information
* Opportunity to apply to become a Suthe Water Athlete Ambassador during the active term, subject to Suthe Water eligibility and approval
The initial payment is **$39.99 USD**.
After the athlete’s approved profile is published, the subscription renews at **$39.99 USD every 90 days until canceled**.
The first 90-day hosting term begins when the approved profile is published.
The first renewal is scheduled for 90 days after the approved profile is published. Texas Syndicate will confirm the exact renewal date by email.
By purchasing the service, you authorize the initial payment and future recurring charges until the subscription is canceled.
The Player Profile service does not include:
* Combine registration
* New testing
* Scouting evaluation
* Film editing
* Resume writing
* Direct team submission
* Representation
* Placement services
* Alerts
* Guaranteed football opportunities
Texas Syndicate does not guarantee that a coach, scout, team, league, agent, or other football decision-maker will view, contact, evaluate, respond to, or take action based on a player’s profile.
The service does not guarantee a contract, roster spot, workout, referral, signing, evaluation, placement, ambassador selection, or outside football opportunity.
Suthe Water Athlete Ambassador participation is an application opportunity only. Selection and benefits are subject to Suthe Water eligibility and approval.
The customer is responsible for providing complete and accurate information and for having permission to submit all photos, videos, statistics, documents, social-media links, and other materials provided to Texas Syndicate.
The production timeline does not begin until all required information, permissions, sources, photographs, and working links have been received.
Missing information, unusable files, inaccessible links, unsupported claims, or delayed customer responses may pause the production timeline.
Texas Syndicate will provide the first profile draft within **seven business days** after receiving a complete submission.
Texas Syndicate will publish the profile within **two business days** after final approval.
The service includes:
* Two factual-correction rounds before publication
* One routine profile update during each paid 90-day term
Factual corrections may include spelling, position, measurements, school/team, graduation year, statistics, honors, contact information, and links.
The routine update may include new statistics, film, honors, team status, approved contacts, or one replacement photograph.
The following are excluded:
* Full profile rewrites
* Film editing
* Resume creation
* Custom graphic design
* Extensive biography rewriting
* Repeated changes to information previously approved
A parent or legal guardian must purchase and approve the service for an athlete under 18.
The parent or legal guardian confirms that they have the legal authority to enroll the athlete, authorize billing, submit information, and approve publication.
Texas Syndicate will not knowingly publish a minor’s home address, exact birth date, school schedule, personal telephone number, personal email address, or other unnecessary sensitive information.
During an active paid term, the athlete’s approved profile may be publicly accessible through the Texas Syndicate website.
Information approved for publication may be viewed, copied, or shared by website visitors.
Customers are responsible for identifying which contact information they approve for public display.
Customers may cancel at any time before the next renewal through PayPal Automatic Payments or by contacting Texas Syndicate at the approved billing email.
Cancellation stops future charges but does not shorten the current paid term.
Unless a renewal refund is approved under the Refund Policy, the profile remains active through the end of the current paid term.
Texas Syndicate will send cancellation confirmation within one business day.

If a renewal payment fails, PayPal may retry the payment and notify the customer.
The profile may remain active during the payment recovery period.
If the PayPal subscription becomes suspended, Texas Syndicate may remove the profile from public view.
Texas Syndicate will not add a late fee.
Reactivation requires payment of the outstanding balance when supported or enrollment in a new subscription.
If the subscription is active and paid, the profile remains public and may appear in the player directory.
If a customer cancels, the profile may remain public until the end of the paid term.
If payment recovery fails and the PayPal subscription becomes suspended, the public profile may be removed.
After the paid term expires, the public profile is removed and an inactive profile page may be displayed for up to 30 days.
No athlete details beyond the athlete’s name will be displayed on the inactive page unless approved.
Public profile information is retained only during the active paid term.
Private profile copies and submitted materials may be retained for up to 12 months after expiration to support reactivation.
Unused or rejected uploads may be retained for up to 90 days.
Cancellation and refund records, payment transaction records, recurring-payment authorization records, and applicable parent/guardian consent records may be retained for the periods described in the Privacy Notice and applicable business requirements.
Refund eligibility is governed by the Texas Syndicate Player Profile Refund Policy.
Customers should review the Refund Policy before completing their purchase.
Information collected and processed through the Player Profile service is governed by the Texas Syndicate 90-Day Player Profile Privacy Notice.
Customers should review the Privacy Notice before completing their purchase.
The Player Profile service is an exposure and presentation service.
Payment for the service does not constitute payment for scouting, representation, placement, recruiting, employment, a roster position, a contract, a tryout, or any other guaranteed football opportunity.
Texas Syndicate does not guarantee that any football organization, coach, scout, agent, league, team, or other decision-maker will view or respond to the profile.
By purchasing the Texas Syndicate 90-Day Player Profile Subscription, the customer confirms that:
