Submit Your Player Profile Information

Already purchased a hosted player profile? Contact Texas Syndicate with the athlete’s name and order reference so we can confirm the purchase and provide the appropriate submission instructions.

Prepare your profile materials

• Preferred public name, football position and current team or school.
• Verified measurements, statistics and relevant playing experience.
• A working highlight-film link and a photo you have permission to publish.
• The public contact details you want included.

For an athlete under 18, a parent or guardian must be involved. Do not send identity documents, full date of birth, passwords or payment-card details by email.

Sending materials does not itself confirm publication. Review the privacy notice and profile terms.
